check-in was quick i really liked the coffee and snacks offered during the process the room felt large and comfortable it had two sinks in the bathroom which i found useful the robes and bedding were comfortable and very quiet.

the restaurant service was only acceptable i never felt valued despite staying in an expensive suite the suite was dark and poorly laid out the natural light was limited. the room i got was too small there were arrogant staff at the front desk you do not feel welcomed there.

Really good Palace Stay

the bellman, opened our taxi door, I felt welcomed. The check-in agent, Maribel, accommodated my request for a quiet room. I enjoyed a refreshing water while waiting and was like royalty in the beautiful palace (it was such a treat!). The on-site Coroa Royal Gallery & Garden offered a delicious breakfast buffet with food made to order.

My room felt slightly smaller than the size I had booked.

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is only a short walk from the Royal Palace. Many other notable attractions are also within easy reach, a great benefit. I walked to La Mi Venta, a superb restaurant, in just 6-7 minutes.

The service was perfect. I felt warmly welcomed from arrival to departure. The staff offered thoughtful recommendations (I loved their suggestions!). The team resolved a minor reservation issue quickly and offered complimentary breakfast while sorting it out.

The staff helped my wife find a local dentist during a dental emergency. The location was ideal, and I appreciated being near key attractions. The hotel's courtyard provided a tranquil escape. It was charming and well-kept.

The shower in the family room included a bathtub, taking up most of the space. It was a strange design choice since the bathtub was not situated against the wall. I would prefer they improve the bathroom layout.

The service was AMAZING!!! The staff was attentive and addressed all our needs promptly. They were very helpful when my wife needed a dentist, and I greatly appreciated their quick actions and care .

The staff at the concierge desk was very helpful and professional. the hotel provided great private tours.. they helped explain the city sites. the location was central. It made sightseeing very easy. we even received a boxed snack for our early morning departure.

the family room had a bathtub in the shower, taking up most of the space. the room felt small, with limited lighting and no separation from the pullout couch.. it did not have pocket doors as i've seen elsewhere.

i found the staff warm and cute, even offering champagne during check-in. i received a free upgrade to a premier room, a good surprise. the room, located on the palace side, featured beautiful decor and ample space and the bed and pillows provided really good comfort.

the shower in my family room included a bathtub, it occupied nearly the entire space. the positioning against the wall could have maximized room and that was not the situation. the room felt small with limited natural light. there was minimal separation from the pullout couch.
